1. Agreement to Terms
By installing and using the **Simple Sketch** mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
2. Ownership of Creations
Any artwork, drawings, sketches, or designs you create using the App are 100% yours. We claim no ownership, licensing rights, or intellectual property over your creations. Your files remain stored strictly on your local device.
3. Scope of Service
The App provides a digital canvas tool for sketch-making. All features are provided "as-is". We do not guarantee permanent storage or protection against file loss if your device is damaged or the App data is cleared.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for backing up your exported PNGs from the Gallery. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all historic local sketches stored in the app directory.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the App, including loss of artwork, device lag, or crashes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate support, updates, or availability of the App at any time without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
